The treble pilot began as an experimental noise-pop garage band in Northern Michigan in '95. They recently added the computer as an instrument, and created a debut album of swirling electronic pop. In Fall of 1999, using computer and sampled live instruments, the treble pilot began sculpting their then unrealized debut album. Following their usual methods of intoxification and improvisation, they crafted "hours later"; a glittery, fantastical run through the forest of drum'n'bass. The band was satisfied, and immediately went to work on the rest. The songs on the debut album express the concept of a "balanced environment between organic and industrial elements...like trees to skyscrapers and humans to computers." The treble pilot are now based in Brooklyn, NY and have released the album under their own Remote Works label.
